Dental insurance is intended to cover some, but not all of the cost associated with dental treatment. We will be happy to help you determine how much coverage you can expect from your insurance company. We are preferred providers for several insurance companies and accept assignment of benefits. We will be happy to file your claims electronically for you.
FINANCIAL:
Payment is expected at the time services are rendered unless previous arrangements have been made. For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We also have financing available through Norwest Financial.
EMERGENCIES:
If you experience a dental emergency during office hours, please call our office and we will be happy to accommodate you as much as we can. If you are experiencing severe pain after hours, or have a true dental emergency that cannot wait until regular business hours please call (352) 230-0461 and leave your telephone number. We will contact you as soon as possible to assist you in any way we can.
INFECTION CONTROL:
Our office strictly enforces OSHA requirements. All dental instruments and handpieces are sterilized or autoclaved after each use. We use chemical disinfectants on countertops, and disposable barriers are used where indicated.
